The purpose of the Standards of Performance is to provide guidelines that encourage behaviors that create an environment which fosters exemplary patient experience and teamwork among co-workers. During New Employee Orientation you will learn specific expectations of you as an employee related to each of these behaviors. All Archbold employees must comply with and will be evaluated on the intent of these standards in order to continue employment at this organization.
